Commercial mortgages
Our providers range from the High Street banks and building societies to a number of new finance companies in the marketplace. For purchases we can provide commercial mortgages up to 90% as a sitting tenant, and up to 85% without accounts. Rates depend on risk, and can start at bank plus 1.25%. Development finance can be arranged for residential or commercial development (further info to follow).

Short term leasehold not a problem (up to 60% of the purchase price or valuation).
