K & M are specialist independent commercial finance brokers who were established in 1985, mainly as providers of asset finance and leasing. Over the years we have expanded into other areas such as invoice discounting, factoring, commercial mortgages and investment mortgages.
We have been members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) for 8 years and must adhere to their strict guidelines. Virtually all of the major banks and commercial lenders are patrons of the NACFB and so we have access to a whole range of products and funds, going from extremely competitive rates from A1 credit ratings through to slightly higher for those with a few CCJs or lack of accounts etc. We are also members of the Federation of Small Business (FSB).
We can obtain very competitive rates and can also provide finance for the person or company who does not have an exemplary credit record.
We work with our clients to ensure that we understand their business and its finance requirements, allowing us to provide them with a comprehensive finance solution to suit them.
We have a wide variety of products available to our customers, and we have the commercial and business acumen to identify those products that are most beneficial to our clients' business.

Our Funders
Our panel of funders range from those who will look at relatively risk free proposals and provide very competitive rates, to private lenders who look to underwrite clients perceived to have a higher risk (and not normally acceptable to the high street lender).
